Luggage transport
Free allowance: 1 backpack, 1 piece of luggage, 1 full set of ski equipment. Extra charges: Any additional luggage – €10.
Platform access
Boarding: Report to the train manager. Loading and unloading are your own responsibility. Access rules: Direct access to the platform is no longer permitted. At Saint-Gervais, entry is through the inside of the station.
Freight transport and private hire
Option 1 (recommanded) : Freight train
Runs in winter on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 7:30am, from Saint-Gervais to Col de Voza. Requires a prior contract.
Option 2 : Passenger train
Possible if goods are carried in the transport crates supplied by the TMB. Technical dimensions: length 600 mm – capacity 46 to 64 L.
Private hire
Available for groups. Book at least 15 days in advance with the groups department: sales@tramwaydumontblanc.fr
Practical information and local life
Waste transport
In winter, the TMB handles the removal of household waste. Free bins are available at Motivon and Les Seillières. Collection on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Please note: NEVER put glass in waste bags. Glass must be isolated in dedicated packaging (a cardboard box, for example), or taken back down yourself.

Eligibility
Fares reserved for owners or co-owners near the TMB line. Beneficiaries: Children, grandchildren and parents of owners.
Exclusions
Tenants are not eligible (regardless of the length of the rental – holiday stay or seasonal let)
