Saint-Gervais Distillery

Starting from the Motivon train station, this visit can either be the main destination of the trip or an activity that’s part of a traveler’s/group’s day, for example on the way back after the excursion up to Nid d’Aigle.

Let yourself be carried up to altitude, at the heart of an artisanal distillery nestled above Saint-Gervais.

Here, James Abbott, a passionate Scotsman, has been crafting exceptional spirits since 2017: Mont Blanc Gin, a rare whisky with limited runs, and new creations since summer 2025.

An authentic break among stills and alpine fresh air.
Visit, tasting, escape. Cheers!
